Step 2. Click on Run on the first warning

Step 3. Click on Run on the second security waring.

Step 4. Click on the technician's name on the appliaction windows

and wait for him/her to connect to your computer. Your cursor and keyboard control are now shared with the support technician.

When the support technician disconnects, the remote support application will uninstall itself and will not allow anyone to take

control of your computer.
